Our History
At Avans Machine, Inc. quality is more than just a word, it’s our trademark. This was the mindset that a father and his sons started with in 1989. Now, after 35+ years, Avans is still keeping that in mind with every part that we manufacture. From a small 1,500 Square foot garage, to now over 55,000 square feet of manufacturing space, there are 75+ employees who take pride in the work they are presented with.

With over 35 years of experience operating a business in the manufacturing workforce, we have over 40 CNC machines to handle the most complex parts all the way through the design and building process, and finish on one of our 9 CMM machines we have on site.

1989 - The Beginning
The Avans Family begins their business out of the 1,500 square foot garage with Burton, Steve, and Jeff.
1999 - Build New Shop and Expand Employment
2011 - Expansion to Manufacturing Space and Upgrading Equipment
Partnership with Aerojet Rocketdyne to begin increased manufacturing and new certifications for advanced gallery of work. More expansions were done to upgrade office space, as well as building more manufacturing area and material storage.
2025 - 75+ Employees & 55,000 Sq Ft
Today we are partnered with more customers than ever before and employ over 75 people inside of our 55,000+ Sqft shop with 40 CNC machines.
