We have the capabilities to take your most complicated parts from drawings to finished assemblies.
Machine Shop
Using MasterCAM programming software, we take customer furnished solid models and program parts to run on our top-of-the-line machines, including 4th and 5th axis mills, up to 9-axis lathes, along with wire EDMs, and precision grinding machines.
Welding
Deburr
Our deburr technicians handle all of our parts after the machining processes to ensure each one has specified finish and performs to the standards defined in the drawings. From sandblasting to hand polishing a mirror finish, they can handle anything that is needed.
Assembly
The assembly department specializes in ensuring every assembly is put together with the specific parts needed in the highest quality possible. We also handle part marking by machine, laser, chemical-etching, and ink marking.
