Schedule
Flexible schedules with standard 4/10 shifts. Night shift employees receive a shift premium. -

Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and verifying CNC programs for milling, turning, and multi-axis operations, ensuring parts meet strict dimensional and surface finish requirements. You will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to enhance machining efficiency, reduce setup times, and maintain top-tier production standards. As a senior-level professional, you will also mentor programmers and machinists, contribute to process improvements, and play a key role in equipment selection and workflow optimization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience programming complex parts with CAM software
- Strong CNC machining background; manual mill/lathe skills is a plus.
- Ability to interpret complex drawings using GD&T
- Excellent understanding of best machining practices, safety standards, and tooling optimization.
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to quality work.
Preferred Experience
- Experience machining and programming with MasterCAM software.
- Leadership or mentoring experience within a production environment.
