Schedule
Flexible schedules with standard 4/10 shifts. Night shift employees receive a shift premium. -
Vacation
2.5 Weeks for 90 Days - 1 Year of employment
3.6 Weeks for 1 - 5 Years of employment
4.2 Weeks for 5 - 10 Years of employment
5.4 Weeks for 10+ Years of employment -

Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a wide range of CNC equipment used to mill & turn parts made from metal and/or plastic. Working with minimal supervision, you will make necessary adjustments to ensure parts meet established specifications and resolve issues related to programming or setup. You will also be expected to make decisions regarding part quality, tolerances, and the proper sequence of operations. This position involves performing complex, non-routine tasks and requires strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 Years of machine shop experience
- Experience operating CNC equipment
- Basic knowledge of AS9100 standards
- Ability to interpret complex drawings and GD&T
Preferred Experience
- Previous purchasing or procurement experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with JobBOSS or similar ERP systems
- Knowledge of tooling, hardware, raw materials, and subcontract processes
- Experience communicating with vendors and suppliers
- Knowledge of quality documentation, specifications, and confidentiality agreements
